Following system validation, the focus of this phase shifts from confirming whether the system can operate to verifying whether it can operate continuously and reliably under real production conditions.
Production operations have commenced under actual conditions, with initial runs centered on Perovion® organic peroxides systems. These materials require precise temperature control and high operational stability, making them a critical benchmark for evaluating system performance.
As operations progress, production stability improves significantly. Batch-to-batch variations gradually converge, process fluctuations remain within controlled ranges, and the system demonstrates stable and repeatable performance over extended operating cycles.
Production is no longer conducted for testing purposes, but as a sustained operational process. A consistent production rhythm is established, and the system maintains stable performance under continuous operation, confirming its capability for steady production.
At the same time, the control system operates dynamically, adjusting key parameters in real time to maintain system stability under varying conditions, demonstrating effective operational control.
Safety mechanisms continue to function as an integral part of production. Protective systems operate consistently under real conditions, further confirming long-term reliability.
From an application perspective, Perovion® organic peroxides have been successfully introduced into resin systems and composite processes, establishing a foundation for stable application in unsaturated polyester resin and related industries.
The trial production phase is not only the start of production, but a confirmation of the system’s stability and sustainability under real operating conditions.
Upon completion of trial production, the project will move into full-scale commercial production, enabling stable supply across multiple material platforms.
