With the completion of installation, the manufacturing base has transitioned into the pre-production system validation phase, focusing on operational readiness.
At this stage, the focus is no longer on individual units, but on whether the entire manufacturing system can operate in a stable and coordinated manner under real operating conditions. Multiple systems are tested simultaneously, and their consistency, responsiveness, and controllability define whether the system is ready for operation.
As validation progresses, system behavior under integrated conditions becomes increasingly clear. Temperature control, material flow, and system responses remain stable across continuous testing, while coordination between subsystems is gradually established.
Safety mechanisms are not treated as isolated features, but as integral components of system operation. Under varying conditions, protection systems demonstrate consistent response, confirming controllability even under non-ideal scenarios.
At the same time, the coordination capability of the control system is validated through real-time adjustments and stable performance under changing conditions, indicating readiness for sustained operation.
The outcome of this phase is not a set of test results, but confirmation that the manufacturing system can operate as a unified and stable system.
Following this phase, the project will enter trial production to further validate operational performance under real production conditions.
