Advancing from construction to system integration, with a focus on long-term stability, safety, and adaptability
We have entered the equipment installation phase at our integrated materials manufacturing base in China, marking a key step toward operational readiness.
At this stage, we are moving from construction into system integration. Temperature-controlled reactor systems, mixing and formulation units, and separation equipment are being deployed, supported by closed-loop storage and transfer infrastructure for controlled material handling.
In parallel, multi-layer safety mechanisms are being integrated into the site, including redundant temperature control, emergency response systems, pressure relief, and explosion-proof design across critical equipment.
At the system level, we are establishing an integrated process control architecture that combines DCS, real-time monitoring, and data-driven process management. Cooling, thermal management, compressed air, and steam systems are also being put in place as the operational backbone of the facility.
Rather than treating the site as a collection of individual production lines, we are building it as one unified manufacturing system. It is designed to support multiple material platforms, including organic peroxides, epoxy systems, polyurethanes, specialty additives, and curing agents.
As installation progresses, we will move into system validation and pre-production testing, with a continued focus on operational stability, safety performance, and integration readiness.
