Establishing a long-term manufacturing system to support multi-platform materials and regional supply
We have officially commenced construction of our manufacturing base in China, marking an important milestone in our long-term development.
This project is not designed as a single-purpose plant, but as a unified manufacturing system capable of supporting multiple material platforms within one integrated framework.
From the outset, we are planning the facility to serve five core business units, covering organic peroxides, epoxy systems, polyurethanes, specialty additives, and curing agents. These platforms are being structured to operate within a shared infrastructure while maintaining the flexibility required for different material systems.
The facility is also positioned to strengthen regional supply capabilities. In addition to supporting domestic demand, we are building this base to serve customers across Southeast Asia, where consistency of supply and process stability are critical.
In terms of market positioning, this project is intended to address gaps in reliable supply, system-level manufacturing capability, and long-term operational stability. Rather than focusing only on capacity expansion, we are building a system that can deliver consistent performance across multiple applications and operating conditions.
During the planning phase, we evaluated faster deployment options with lower initial investment. However, these approaches would have limited system flexibility and long-term stability. We therefore chose to prioritize an integrated system architecture from the beginning.
The groundbreaking marks the start of a phased development process. We will proceed through construction, equipment installation, and system integration, followed by pre-production validation and full-scale production.
