With the China manufacturing base officially entering commercial operation, Perovion® MEKP L38 has simultaneously entered commercial production, with initial product supply successfully delivered to regional customers.
Perovion® MEKP L38 has been developed for unsaturated polyester resin (UPR) and vinyl ester resin (VE) curing applications, supporting general FRP, pultrusion, filament winding, RTM, and continuous composite manufacturing processes. The system has been optimized around stable reactivity, controlled gel time, and process consistency under continuous operating conditions to support the growing demand for stable and efficient composite production.
In continuous manufacturing environments, curing system stability plays a critical role in resin processing efficiency, product appearance, and overall process control. Under commercial operating conditions, Perovion® MEKP L38 has demonstrated strong reaction stability and batch-to-batch consistency, helping reduce process variability while improving predictability during continuous production.
At the same time, Perovion® MEKP L38 has been optimized for operational stability under elevated temperatures and demanding production environments. The system supports stable curing efficiency while enabling smoother production rhythms and more controlled exothermic behavior.
The official startup of the China manufacturing base represents not only the establishment of production capacity, but also the beginning of a more stable regional supply system. By positioning manufacturing closer to customers, Innovexar aims to improve supply responsiveness while providing more reliable and continuous material support across Asia Pacific.
Initial commercial operation of Perovion® MEKP L38 has focused on production consistency and long-term operational stability. As production continues, batch-to-batch performance has remained stable, operational fluctuations have gradually converged, and the manufacturing system has demonstrated stable and repeatable performance under continuous operating conditions.
At the same time, the first commercial shipments have been successfully supplied to customers across Southeast Asia. As regional demand for composite manufacturing continues to grow, customer expectations around long-term supply reliability and localized manufacturing support are also increasing.
“The composites industry continues to move toward more stable and continuous manufacturing models. As customers raise expectations around process consistency, supply reliability, and long-term partnership capability, localized manufacturing and regional supply capacity become increasingly important,” said Tommy, Founder of Innovexar.
Looking ahead, Innovexar will continue expanding the Perovion® organic peroxide portfolio while further strengthening regional supply and customer support capabilities across Asia Pacific to support growing demand from composites, resin processing, and industrial manufacturing industries.
