Innovexar, a global chemical innovation group, has announced plans to build a smart manufacturing facility in Changzhou, China. The new plant will serve as a regional hub for its five core business units—Organic Peroxides, Polyurethanes, Epoxy Resins, Specialty Additives, and Amine Curing Agents—supporting high-growth sectors across Asia-Pacific. Groundbreaking is scheduled for August 2025, with full operations expected in Q1 2026. This marks a key step in Innovexar’s global model of U.S. R&D, China manufacturing, and worldwide delivery.

Innovexar to Build New Global Manufacturing Base

At Innovexar, choosing China isn’t the easy decision—it’s the right one.

Today, Innovexar officially announces its new global manufacturing base in Changzhou, Jiangsu, China. More than a capacity expansion, this is the realization of a long-held promise to deliver local value with global strength.

“China offers a world-class manufacturing ecosystem, fast execution, and deep technical talent. It’s the ideal ground for building the future of materials,”
said Innovexar’s Global CEO.

From U.S.-led R&D to a China-based manufacturing center, our strategy is about proximity to innovation, customers, and the future.

Why China?

Innovation Hub – Located in one of China’s most dynamic industrial clusters, we are closer to advanced composites, energy, and transportation ecosystems.
Manufacturing Excellence – From equipment to engineering, China turns vision into volume—efficiently and precisely.
Sustainability First – From Day 1, we are building with green chemistry, VOC control, water reuse, and ESG compliance in mind.

“We’re not just building a factory. We’re building a bridge—across continents, across capabilities, across industries.”

The groundbreaking is scheduled for August 2025, with full production launching in Q1 2026. This new facility will help Innovexar deliver fast, reliable, and sustainable advanced materials to partners around the world.
